Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager located in Dhaka with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production processes, managing supply chain logistics, and coordinating with various departments to meet company goals. They will implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure the smooth running of the organization.

Must know about fabric and factory sourcing for production.

*Must have experience working with other big brands Both Online and Offline.

Qualifications

  • Operations management, production planning, and supply chain logistics experience
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the fashion or garment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in textile or related field is a plus point.
