We are now hiring an
experienced Associate Operations Manager
to strengthen our
sales leadership
and
compliance management
across our Bangladesh operations.

Role Overview

The
Associate Operations Manager
will be responsible for
driving sales performance, ensuring compliance
, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across teams and branches. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a
Branch Manager
or
Operations Manager
in the education or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide
    counselors, sales teams, and branch managers
    to meet admission and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and enforce
    compliance standards
    for student files, applications, and documentation.
  • Conduct
    regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
    to improve productivity and conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely
    student payment follow-ups
    and proper reporting to management.
  • Support senior management in developing and executing operational and sales strategies.
  • Review branch-level performance and maintain consistent operational quality.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and process efficiency across all offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Management, or Marketing).
  • 3–5 years of experience
    as a
    Branch Manager
    or
    Operations Manager
    , preferably in the
    education consultancy or service industry
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving team sales targets and maintaining compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong command of both
    English and Bangla
    .
  • Hands-on, target-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Office Hours:
    Saturday to Thursday,
    10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Weekly Off:
    2 roster holidays per month
