About the Role

Test Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain 
    end-to-end, integration, and regression tests
     using 
    Playwright
    , 
    Selenium
    , or equivalent modern frameworks (Cypress, WebdriverIO, TestCafe, etc.).
  • Ensure automated tests run 
    reliably in headless and containerised environments
    , optimized for CI pipelines.
  • Improve coverage, stability, and consistency of the automation suite across multiple products/services.

Pipeline Integration

  • Integrate automated tests into CI workflows using platforms like 
    GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
    , or similar.
  • Ensure all 
    commits, branches, and pull requests
     are automatically validated through the test suite.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot failures and improve test-deployment efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with 
    Playwright
     or 
    Selenium
     (preferably both).
  • Strong scripting abilities in 
    TypeScript/JavaScript
    , 
    Python
    , or 
    C#
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with a 
    collaborative, automation-first mindset
    .
  • Experience designing reliable, maintainable automated test architectures.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Familiarity with 
    DevOps and CI/CD concepts
    , including YAML-based pipelines.
  • Exposure to 
    AI-assisted testing tools
     (AI-generated tests, flaky-test detection, visual diffing, etc.).
  • Experience migrating between automation frameworks or expanding automation coverage across systems.
