Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager IELTS, based in Dhaka. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Penston's IELTS preparation and testing services. This includes managing scheduling, coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with testing standards, enhancing customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for liaising with partners and stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management and knowledge of IELTS testing standards
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and enhancing user experience
  • Analytical skills and the ability to optimize operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector and familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus
