About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write high-quality content for websites, landing pages, social media, ads, and email campaigns.
  • Develop product-focused and educational content aligned with the SaaS and chemical safety industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to create strategic messaging.
  • Research competitor content, industry trends, and customer pain points.
  • Maintain brand voice and tone across all communication.
  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion.
  • Create scripts for videos, webinars, and promotional materials.
  • Support partner and sales teams with pitch decks, outbound messaging, and collateral.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3+ years of experience in copywriting for SaaS, B2B, or technical industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple, engaging language.
  • Understanding of SEO-friendly content is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: 40,000 – 55,000 BDT per month
  • Growth: Yearly salary review & performance progression
  • Festival Bonuses: Two festival bonuses per year (after 3-month probation)
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends: Saturday & Sunday)
  • Annual Leave: 25 days annually + BD Govt. holidays
  • Flexibility: Hybrid work option
