  • Position:
     Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across counseling, admissions, visa support, and client services
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery for students and international partner institutions
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and performance standards
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor team members to ensure accountability and performance
  • Resolve escalated client issues and maintain excellent relationships
  • Coordinate with universities, embassies, and other partners to strengthen cooperation
  • Support marketing activities including seminars, webinars, and promotional events
  • Provide regular operational and financial reports to top management
  • Recommend process improvements and implement relevant technologies
  • Contribute strategic input to drive agency growth and new partnerships

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the education consultancy or student recruitment sector
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
