About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute, and maintain SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target markets.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP insights for content and landing pages.
  • Optimize on-page elements (metadata, internal linking, schema, content structure).
  • Technical SEO improvements including site audits, crawl optimization, and page speed enhancements.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to build SEO-driven content plans.
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics; provide actionable insights and reports.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
  • Manage and track backlink acquisition and domain authority improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4+ years of proven experience in SEO for SaaS or B2B digital products.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Understanding of content strategy, keyword intent, and funnel-driven optimization.
  • Experience coordinating with writers, developers, and product teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with chemical, EHS, or compliance SaaS is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 BDT per month
  • Growth: Yearly salary review & performance progression
  • Festival Bonuses: Two festival bonuses per year (after 3-month probation)
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends: Saturday & Sunday)
  • Annual Leave: 25 days annually + BD Govt. holidays
  • Flexibility: Hybrid work option
