Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Operations) to lead and oversee the company's overall security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, supervising guards and supervisors, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day security operations across all client sites.
  • Ensure deployment, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
  • Maintain strong liaison with clients and ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  • Plan and implement effective operational strategies and procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and spot checks regularly.
  • Coordinate recruitment, training, and evaluation of security personnel.
  • Handle emergencies and provide quick response solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3years of experience in security operations management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in private security company operations will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email communication, report writing).

  • Attractive salary package based on experience and performance. (Salary range will be 35K to 50K.)
