Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Chattogram. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure adherence to company policies, and implement process improvements. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to strategic planning. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive team performance and achieve operational goals.
