Position Title : Admin Assistant
Department/ Division: Training School

Work Location: Chittagong

Job Summary (Objective)
This position is responsible for Managing the Clerical Support, Schedules, HR Compliance and filing to ensure smooth admin office operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain all office records, data entry related to admin tasks.
  • Complete the writing part of recruited files properly without any error and support other recruitment activities.
  • Complete reference checks for all recruited files within deadline.
  • Prepare ID card and support administrative tasks including bank account support.
  • Support logistic arrangements for office work purposes.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification & Competencies Required

  • Minimum HSC
  • The ideal candidate will be well organized and self-driven
  • Must be computer literate and well conversant with MS Office/ Excel / PPT
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Admin related 1-2 years' experience preferable
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadline
  • Can do attitude
