Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MTO/Executive/Assistant Manager HR & Compliance located in Chattogram. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, and maintaining accurate personnel records. Additionally, the role includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management, and serving as a link between management and employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in HR
  • Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
