At SM IT Solution, we are seeking a proactive, efficient, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the management of both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, fluent in English, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities independently with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with daily administrative and personal tasks.
- Handle professional communication, including drafting and responding to emails.
- Oversee and maintain personal social media accounts and professional portfolios.
- Conduct research using search engines and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI).
- Provide technical support related to website hosting and email account management.
- Create, edit, and manage graphics (Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills required).
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time with high accuracy and precision.
- Understand and execute instructions effectively the first time.
- Support urgent tasks remotely during holidays or after office hours, when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong command of English (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.).
- Excellent online research skills.
- Professional email communication and formatting abilities.
- Intermediate Adobe Photoshop proficiency.
- Knowledge of basic website hosting and email server configuration.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp tasks immediately.
- Flexibility to handle urgent tasks during holidays or outside office hours.
