Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chattogram, Bangladesh for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and optimizing workflow. Duties include coordinating between departments, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring inventory levels, and providing timely reports to senior management. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in customer satisfaction and compliance
