Role Overview

As a Project Manager at DataPollex, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects within scope, timeline, and budget. You will coordinate between cross-functional teams, ensure smooth communication, manage client expectations, and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of software development projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client and business objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are clearly set and met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability within the project team.
  • Continuously evaluate project processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent background in software development
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills

Prerequisite:

Selected candidates will be required to complete a 6-month in-house management training program prior to confirmation for a permanent role.
