Position Title: Manager Operation / Team Leader (Multi Destination)

The Team Leader (Multi Destination) is accountable for the development planning of the destination, counseling skills, application quality control and partner management of the assigned destinations. This role is central to the delivery of revenue and profit objectives and will work with the teams towards establishing BASE Study as an admired and respected service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and execute assigned destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.

·      Achieve yearly target (Destination wise) and facilitate team in every level of conversion starting from application to visa lodgment.

·      Assist and follow up application stages pertaining to the admission process at leading universities in USA, UK, Australia & Europe to ensure timely offer receiving

·      Plan and organize campaign for the assign destination in order to have uninterrupted flow of applications that will lead to Visa lodgment

·      Monitor on time uploading of student data in the system (CRM) by counselor for timely follow-up.

·      Train regularly Counselors & Visa team in order to provide professional and quality counselling services to students by evaluating their academic background and recommend them the best possible University options.

·      Maintain relation with partner university, ed-tech & pathways and communicate with new partners to grow partner portfolio

·      Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support senior management through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.

·      Prepare and ensure timely submission of reports, documents and also prepare activity basis report daily, weekly and monthly and deal with sales and other department.

·      Participate in Growth & opportunity planning with top management on regular intervals.

Possible stakeholders:

·      Representatives (College, University, ed-tech, pathways)

·      Internal Team (Destination, Admission, VISA, Marketing)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in study abroad counseling or a similar role

  • Knowledge of international education systems, application processes, and visa regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families

  • Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems
