DIGIBOX Limited offers a secure, self-service smart locker system that allows customers to pick up their packages at their convenience. It eliminates concerns about packages left unattended or delivery timing issues. Customers are notified by SMS/Email when their order has been delivered and can retrieve it within a 48-72 hour window.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Operations Manager, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain activities, and managing key performance indicators. Additional responsibilities include overseeing customer service, analyzing operational performance, and implementing strategies to optimize logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and Supply Chain Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience managing Key Performance Indicators
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Education qualification is flexible for deserving experienced candidates.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
