Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Dhaka, with some work from home acceptable, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, coordinate with service partners, ensure efficiency in handling shipments, and maintain high standards of reliability. Responsibilities also include supervising team members, developing operational strategies, and continuously improving processes to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, freight management, and handling shipments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in developing operational strategies and process improvement
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with the Ready Made Garments sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
