We are seeking an experienced candidate with an excellent track record as a "Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance" for our Washing Plant that specialises in the production of denim garments. The ideal candidate must be honest with high ethical virtues and have superior skillsets in the fields of HR, Admin & Compliance. Candidates must possess solid experience of at least 5 – 7 years with a track record of excellence in prior roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange, conduct and process employee recruitment and selection as per set policy and procedure ensuring that a fair recruitment is followed.
- Maintain all data records, papers in relation to recruitment and selection, wages, OT and allowances.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits, ensuring timely disbursement.
- Update and maintain personal files of employees with all related papers.
- Develop strategy and establish appropriate HR processes and practices as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organisation, if required.
- Implement performance appraisals and provide guidance on employee development.
- Design and conduct training programs to ensure the continuous skill enhancement of the workforce.
- Prepare for and coordinate audits related to labour, compliance, and industry certifications. Ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
- Maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Motivate and counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency to lead towards profit maximiziation.
- Address employee feedback and grievances to ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure the factory's adherence to local and national labour laws, including working hours, minimum wages, and labour rights.
- Ensure all employees are informed and compliant with the company's ethical code of conduct and social compliance standards.
- Report and follow any other tasks assigned by top authority.
Educational Requirements:
- BBA / MBA in HRM from top ranked University, Masters in Management accepted.
- B.Sc in Engineering ( EEE/Mechanical/Electrical) can be preferred with MBA degree.
Experience Requirements:
- 5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
- 5 -7 years experience of General HR & Admin in relevant industries including dyeing, washing/printing experiences for 2/3 shifts payroll, maybe considerable for right candidate. Good team player, well-organised, exceptional initiative, detail-oriented, highly ethical and honest, to prioritise and advance company interests at all times.
- Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with concerned departments.
- Must have considerable knowledge and understanding of HR Management.
- ISO 45001 or 14001 lead Lead Auditor / Auditor course is mandatory.
- Who has washing experiences we may consider him for a woven washing plant at Savar.
- Washing Plant Experience will be given priority for this Woven Washing Plant.
- Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and IT related areas.

- Dependent on experience and prior performance, accolades, track records, etc.
