Job Purpose

The HR & Admin Junior Executive will support daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination between employees and management. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the HR and administrative field.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (leaves, attendance, overtime, etc.).
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and providing support regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office facility management.
  • Support administrative tasks such as drafting letters, filing, and document control.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and provide general administrative support to staff and management.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administration (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
