About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and people-oriented
HR & Admin professional
to lead our human resource and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement—particularly within the education or consultancy industry.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for counsellors, marketing professionals, and operations teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop employee appraisal frameworks.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives to foster a productive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labour laws and company policies.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee relations with fairness and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Administrative Tasks:
- Oversee general administrative operations — attendance, leave, documentation, and office management.
- Support management in aligning HR strategies with company goals and culture.
- Implement systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, training sessions, and events.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Advise management on HR best practices, labour law updates, and policy improvements.
- Bridge communication between employees and management to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Develop and monitor HR KPIs and report insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum
4 years of progressive HR & Admin experience
, including
2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
. - Proven track record in
talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance
. - Prior experience in
education consultancy, visa or migration consultancy, or study abroad sector
is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of
Bangladesh Labour Laws
and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a "people-first" approach.
