Job Overview
TurnQi Advisors is seeking a dedicated and disciplined
Administrative Officer
to be placed at one of our most valued client offices (a liaison or branch office of a EUROPIAN textile retail company). The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day office operation, treasury, compliance and administrative functions of the client organization while working under the direct supervision of Country Manager (Client) and a TurnQi-appointed project manager.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, follow instructions carefully, and build a career in finance and administration within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute all treasury, compliance and administrative tasks for the client.
- Work closely under the supervision and guidance of the Country Manager of Bangladesh (Client office) and the TurnQi supervisor, following instructions with accuracy.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle cash flow, payments, and bank-related tasks as directed.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative operations at the client office.
- Managing basic HR responsibilities.
- Manage the transport for the office staffs.
- Handling day-to-day courier dispatch.
- Be prepared to work long hours when required to meet deadlines.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates should not apply). Master degree holders and candidates who are pursuing professional studies are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any corporate. Foreign office or textile/fashion industry experience would be preferrable.
- Strong
English communication skills
(spoken and written) and
spreadsheet skills
– this will be given the highest priority. - Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions with discipline.
- Positive attitude, integrity, time-commitment and strong work ethics.
- Willingness to work
5 days a week
and extend working hours if necessary. - Candidates residing in or near
Banani, Baridhara, Gulshan, Nikunja or adjacent areas
will be given preference. - Previous experience in finance/administration roles will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
What We Offer
- Monthly salary in the range of
BDT 25K to 35K
(up to
BDT 35K
for highly deserving candidates). - Lunch facilities will be discussed during interview.
