Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – HR & Admin
We are seeking a
dynamic and versatile HR professional
who can effectively manage both HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in
recruitment, employee management, and organizational support
while contributing to the company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
·
Recruitment:
Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and finalize candidates for onboarding.
·
Employee Onboarding:
Send offer letters, maintain pre-joining communication, manage joining formalities, issue ID cards/souvenirs, and conduct orientation programs.
·
Employee Records:
Prepare, update, and safeguard employee files in compliance with company policies.
·
Performance Management:
Support managers in employee performance evaluations, design performance improvement plans, and assist with annual review processes.
·
Payroll Management:
Track employee movements (joining, transfer, promotion, separation), maintain review dates, and support payroll sheet preparation.
·
Leave & Attendance:
Maintain leave records and monitor attendance.
·
HR Services:
Draft official letters, orders, notices, and update policies.
·
Employee Engagement & Events:
Assist in organizing training, events, and engagement activities.
·
Administrative Support:
Manage vendors, stationery, staff duty rosters, office maintenance, meal ordering, and ensure overall workplace cleanliness.
·
Reports & Presentations:
Prepare HR/admin-related reports as required by senior management.
Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor's in
Management / HRM
(Master's preferred)
Experience Requirements:
· –4 years of relevant HR experience (experience in
IT & Software industry preferred
)
Skills & Competencies (KSA):
· Knowledge of HRIS/HRM software & HR processes
· Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
· Strong ICT skills and time management ability
· Excellent communication (verbal & written)
· Team player with analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
