Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions and administrative operations of Study First Info. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, office management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. This position is key to maintaining an efficient, professional, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the agency's goals.
 - Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
 - Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and leave databases.
 - Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance evaluations.
 - Coordinate training, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
 - Resolve employee issues and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
 - Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and maintain confidentiality of personnel information.
 - Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and leave data.
 
Administrative Duties:
- Supervise office administration, supplies, and maintenance.
 - Maintain smooth coordination between different departments (counseling, visa, marketing, etc.).
 - Manage internal communications, memos, and office notices.
 - Handle logistics for meetings, events, seminars, and training sessions.
 - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the office environment.
 - Assist senior management in daily operational tasks and reporting.
 - Oversee security, IT support coordination, and vendor relationships.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
 - 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
 - Strong knowledge of Bangladeshi labor law and HR best practices.
 - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in working with education agencies or international student recruitment firms.
 - Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
 - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
