Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Associate located in Dhaka. The HR and Admin Associate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, managing day-to-day HR activities, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, facilitating communication within the organization, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Experience with Training and Development programs to enhance team capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills to maintain clear and professional internal and external interactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and working effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in HR operations is a plus
