Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for internal staff.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Handle staff grievances and conflict resolution.
Administrative Duties
- Supervise day-to-day office operations and logistics.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, events, and internal training.
- Maintain physical and digital files, documents, and reports.
- Support management in operational planning and execution.
Student & Client Coordination Support
- Help ensure timely communication with students and partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of student data and agency files.
- Work with the counseling team to update student progress logs.
Policy and Compliance
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR and administrative policies.
- Keep records updated for internal audits and reporting.
- Monitor work discipline, dress code, and ethical behavior in the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred in an education agency).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or HRM software.
- Familiarity with visa and student file processes (plus point).
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and problem-solving mindset.
