Role Description

The Business Development Deputy Manager/Asst. Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, generating sales and promoting IOM Ltd.'s portfolio of office automation and IT solutions. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT or office automation).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
