Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager at Ltd., located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Deputy Manager will oversee operational efficiency, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and manage team performance. Key tasks include managing projects, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement. The role will also involve liaising with stakeholders, optimizing workflow processes, and ensuring successful execution of organizational strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with project management and workflow optimization
  • Knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure and networking systems
  • Analytical skills for data assessment and process improvement
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role or the telecommunication sector is advantageous
