Job Description / Responsibility

JMI Group is one of the most promising, dynamic business conglomerates in Bangladesh. JMI Builders are developing executive apartment in prime locations of Bangladesh. We are a member of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB).

We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the Sales & Marketing team.

  • Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets for company real estate projects (apartment, plot, commercial space etc.)
  • Identify , approach, & convert potential clients through networking, referrals, digital channels, & field visits.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
  • Conduct project presentations explaining features, pricing, and investment benefits.
  • Arrange and lead property /site visits with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and escalation issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and post-sales support.
  • Lead & Guide junior sales staff.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and documentation teams of smooth closure.
  • Asst. in agreement signing , payment follow-up, and after-sales communication.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • MBA in Marketing from reputed university.
  • Additional sales or real estate certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: Real Estate Marketing, lead generation, Client Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, Market Analysis, CRM Software, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Reporting and Analysis, Client Handling, CustomerCentric Approach

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate,Group of Companies,Developer,Real Estate Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Experience handling channel partners and direct sales
  • Leading & team-building ability.
  • Proactive , confident, and willing to work in the field.
  • Computer Proficiency (MS Office, CRM Software preferred)
