Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager (Team Leader) Sales at Navana Real Estate Ltd., located in Dhaka. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing sales data, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing team performance, meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining effective communication channels. The role involves coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
