Manager/Asst. Manager - IT

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee the information technology operations of the real estate company. The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing IT-related activities, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports business goals and improves operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a good understanding of the real estate industry's specific technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company`s business objectives and real estate operations.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and website Security.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of real estate management software, CRM systems, property listing platforms, and other industry-specific technologies.
  • Ensure the security of company data and infrastructure by enforcing website Security policies and monitoring systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Train and support employees on IT systems, software applications, and new technology adoption.
  • Monitor IT budgets, procurement, and cost control to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments (HRM, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Construction Management) to understand their technology requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Plan and manage disaster recovery and business continuity systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and real estate industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Perform any other duty as directed by the management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
  • The applicants must have 3/4 years of working experience as an Asst.
  • Manager/Asst Manager-IT Department in Real Estate sector or any other corporate Firm/Company.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate management software and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in network administration, website Security, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards related to real estate.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Developer and Real Estate or Developers etc.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Able to work under pressure.
