Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager, HR

Job Description / Responsibility

  1. Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategy

  2. Prepare and implement comprehensive executive and organizational recruitment plans aligned with business goals.

  3. Ensure recruitment strategies support both immediate and long-term talent needs.

  4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  5. Partner with senior management to identify, understand, and address hiring requirements across departments.

  6. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and market trends.

  7. Team Leadership

  8. Lead, supervise, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance levels.

  9. Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.

  10. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  11. Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, talent communities, and networking.

  12. Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles.

  13. Process Improvement

  14. Regularly evaluate recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness.

  15. Implement best practices and innovative approaches in the hiring process.

  16. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  17. Utilize recruitment metrics, analytics, and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  18. Prepare and present recruitment reports to management for strategic decision-making.

  19. Employer Branding

  20. Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence and attract top talent.

  21. Collaborate on campaigns, events, and digital engagement activities.

  22. Representation & Outreach

  23. Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and community outreach programs.

  24. Build strong relationships with external partners, institutions, and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Poultry,Fisheries,Farming,Livestock,Animal/Plant Breeding,Hatchery
