• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services to students and partner institutions.


• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service standards.


• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team targets.


• Assign tasks, manage schedules, and oversee team performance.


• Ensure an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry to final departure.


• Resolve student or partner institution concerns or escalated issues promptly.


• Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, test preparation centers, and other partners.


• Streamline workflows and adopt new technologies where appropriate.


• Support marketing and outreach initiatives by coordinating seminars, webinars, and promotional events.


• Contribute insights for partnership development and market expansion.


• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.
