Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery in areas such as specialized Security, Cleaning, Hygiene services, Housekeeping, MEP, Pest Control, Landscaping, and Façade Cleaning. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with clients, conducting regular audits, and implementing process improvements to meet quality standards and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including team coordination and staff supervision
  • Expertise in facility management services such as specialized Security, Housekeeping, MEP, Pest Control, and Landscaping
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or facility management industry is a plus
