Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Dhaka, with some work from home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure process efficiency, and manage operational staff. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, planning and coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Operations Manager will also be tasked with resource management, budget planning, and liaising with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

  • Proficient in Project Planning and Coordination

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid work environment
  • Knowledge of real estate operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
