Assistant Manager, Operation:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager
to support the growth and smooth operations of the Sneho Urgent Healthcare Project. This role will focus on pharmacy onboarding, relationship management, center supervision, and coordination with partners for digital solutions rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pharmacy Onboarding:
    Work on full onboarding process for eligible pharmacies under the Sneho Urgent Healthcare Project, from initial identification, negotiation to final activation and signboard installation.
  2. Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with onboarded pharmacies & other stakeholders, providing day-to-day support and delivering essential capacity-building training.
  3. Strategic Agency Collaboration:
    Work closely with external agencies involved in the nationwide rollout of the Sneho software, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution.
  4. Sneho Center Supervision:
    Oversee the operational performance and manage the activities of Sneho Urgent Health Care Centers.
  5. Compliance & Documentation:
    Ensure the meticulous collection, verification, and management of all required legal and regulatory documents from pharmacies and centers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, operations, stakeholder management, Sales or field operations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
