About the Role

We are looking for a
Warehouse & Central Operations Manager
to oversee the
entire central operations
of The Munch Station — from warehousing and stocking of raw materials, to managing our central kitchen (semi-processed goods production), to coordinating transportation of goods to all outlets.

This is a critical role at the heart of our fast-growing food brand, requiring a sharp eye for detail, integrity in record-keeping, and strong leadership skills to manage both processes and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management
  • Receive and stock raw materials (vegetables, meats, sauces, packaging, etc.) from suppliers.
  • Maintain
    accurate and up-to-date records
    of purchases, pricing, and volumes on Google Sheets.
  • Ensure all stock is properly logged, with real-time price updates for outlets.

  • Monitor and enforce strict compliance with inventory practices — zero tolerance for malpractice or mismatches.

  • Central Kitchen Oversight

  • Supervise the preparation of semi-processed goods for outlets.
  • Manage workflow and staff performance in the central kitchen.

  • Ensure efficiency, hygiene, and timely delivery of goods.

  • Logistics & Distribution

  • Collect daily outlet orders and organize dispatch via central delivery vans.

  • Ensure smooth and punctual disbursement of both raw and processed materials.

  • Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of blue-collar workers.
  • Report directly to senior management with transparent updates on inventory, costs, and operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2–4 years of experience
    in warehouse, logistics, or operations management (F&B or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong computer skills, especially in
    Google Sheets, data entry, and record-keeping
    .
  • Proven experience in
    inventory management
    and stock control.
  • Strong leadership qualities: ability to command respect and lead operational staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High standards of
    honesty and integrity
    — this is non-negotiable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range:
    BDT 25,000 – 40,000 (based on experience).
  • Eid Bonus:
    50% of basic salary (twice yearly).
