Job Title: Customer Relations INTERN

Location: Merul Badda
Salary: 12,000 BDT per month
Working Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM (Full-time)
About DeptSkill:
DeptSkill offers unique, skill-based courses and training designed to solve real-life problems, including money-saving strategies for real estate. We also provide digital marketing services and sell flats through our own marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to clients as needed.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain and update customer records in our system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
Maintain Google Sheets records.
Assist in managing social media accounts.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets.
