We specialize in building channel partner ecosystems and selling various enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions, catering to market verticals such as Government Agencies, Financial Services, Health Care, Manufacturing, Retail, and Telecommunications. Our experienced team manages the entire channel sales cycle, from introductions to closing deals.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Dhaka, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Responsibilities include providing technical support, analyzing customer issues, and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with clients. The role also involves continuous improvement of customer service processes.
