From programmatic DSP and AI-powered marketing automation to gamification, we help brands connect with their audiences in smarter, more impactful ways.

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (AI / Data / Games) who will focus on customer success, product marketing, new lead generation, client presentations and driving product adoption across local and international markets.

What You'll Do

·     Lead client onboarding and manage relationships while engaging national and international clients for AdPlay's AI, gaming, and data-driven services.

·     Pitch and sell AdPlay's AI tools, gaming solutions, and data-driven products through meetings, demos, and presentations.

·     Develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.

·     Stay updated on platform capabilities, new features, and use cases to ensure effective AI and gaming product storytelling.

·     Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular performance updates.

·     Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to drive product adoption and align features with market needs.

·     Gather client feedback and market insights to inform business strategies and expansion opportunities.

·     Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis in AI-driven engagement tools & gamification.

What We're Looking For

·     1–3 years of relevant experience in AI, SaaS, gaming, or data-driven technology sectors.

·     Proven track record of pitching and selling AI tools or SaaS products to national and international clients.

·     Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technology clearly.

·     Experience building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline.

·     Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop client-centric solutions.

·     Comfortable leading client calls, negotiations, and partnership discussions independently.

Educational Background

·     Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
