Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (
Night shift)
for a Client Relations Specialist located in Dhaka. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and effectively communicating with clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service and solutions.

  • Proven ability in customer satisfaction and support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
