We're Hiring: Investor Relations Specialist (Full-time)

Location: Karwan Bazar, Dhaka HQ | BDT 15,000 – 35,000/Month+ Commission

Agriventure Limited, an agro-commodities fintech platform powered by a predictable commerce network, is looking for a proactive, people-focused Investor Relations Specialist to join our mission of connecting everyday investors to impactful agro projects.

About Agriventure

We channel private capital to farmers, growers, and traders across the agro-commodities value chain through our retail investor platform. With millions already disbursed, we're building a more inclusive and sustainable agro-commodities ecosystem in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail investors through calls, WhatsApp, and email

  • Support lead generation by identifying and engaging potential investors

  • Answer investor queries and ensure clear, timely communication

  • Assist in planning and executing investor engagement campaigns and events

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to data-driven insights

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to improve investor experience

  • Handle pressure and time-sensitive communications with professionalism and empathy

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in investor relations, B2C sales, or relationship management
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • A confident, outgoing personality with a service-driven mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for ethical, Shariah-compliant finance and grassroots production development
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of responsibilities
