Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer located in Dhaka. The Customer Relations Officer will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their concerns promptly. The role involves providing excellent customer support, maintaining client relations, and analyzing customer feedback to implement improvements. The officer will also collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Support and Client Relations
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Capable to achieve sales target.
  • Capable to work in a team.
  • Capable to analyze sales data.
