We are looking for dynamic 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 (𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲/𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲) who will play a key role in managing our UK-based customer communication and satisfaction across multiple platforms. The ideal candidates should have solid experience in handling queries through Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces, along with offline sales communication.

UK time 9 AM to 6 PM
◙ 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘: Remote (Must be from Dhaka, Bangladesh)
◙ 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through multiple channels, including: email, chat, social media, phone and others.
• Manage customer interactions across various platforms (e-Commerce and offline); responding promptly, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring resolution in line with marketplace standards.
• Work closely with the Operations, IT & Warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales returns/service.
• Monitor reviews and ratings on marketplace platforms, take proactive measures to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide insights for process or product improvement.
◙ 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
• Experience: 2–4 years, preferably from the BPO/Call Centre background.
• Education: Graduation from any discipline.
◙ 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is a must. Applicants with an English-medium background (O/A Levels) will get preference.
• Applicants who have previously handled UK-based clients will be preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and online communication platforms.
• Very sound in using various AI tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Applicants familiar with working in remote settings will get preference.

• Salary ranging between BDT. 25,000 to 35,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
