Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. They will also troubleshoot technical issues, offer technical support, and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service quality.

Salary

  • Base: 20, ,000 (based on performance during a 3-month paid probation)
  • KPI: Every 3 months (depends on workload and performance)
  • Bonuses: Two Eid Bonus, Newborn bonus, Exceptional performance bonus
