Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. They will also troubleshoot technical issues, offer technical support, and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service quality.
Qualifications
- No degree required
- Strong
Customer Support

Customer Satisfaction
skills. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal
abilities. - Analytical mindset
to understand market trends and customer behavior. - Sound Technical knowledge
of laptops, components, and accessories. - Ability to work both
independently
and
as part of a team
. - Experience in
tech retail
is a plus.
Salary
- Base: 20, ,000 (based on performance during a 3-month paid probation)
- KPI: Every 3 months (depends on workload and performance)
- Bonuses: Two Eid Bonus, Newborn bonus, Exceptional performance bonus
