Job Title: Customer Relations INTERN

Salary: 12,000 BDT per month

Working Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM (Full-time)

DeptSkill offers unique, skill-based courses and training designed to solve real-life problems, including money-saving strategies for real estate. We also provide digital marketing services and sell flats through our own marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally.

  • Make outbound calls to clients as needed.

  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain and update customer records in our system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.

  • Maintain Google Sheets records.

  • Assist in managing social media accounts.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently.

  • Willingness to learn digital marketing, website management, and content creation.

  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets.
