Job Summary

Acote Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced 
Business Development Manager
 to lead strategic growth in our IT services portfolio, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software Development, and BPO solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships (both local and international), and has a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for software development, AI, and BPO services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends and analyze competitors.
  • Represent Acote Group at conferences, industry meetups, and B2B networking events.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee successful deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • 6–7 years
     of proven experience in business development within the IT sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals, particularly with international clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and digital sales funnels.
  • Experience managing IT projects for local, foreign, or government clients is a strong advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
