Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and UK education counseling, with a proven track record in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales and Relationship Building
    : Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and agencies to promote STS Global Education's services.
  • Lead Generation and Market Expansion
    : Identify and target potential business opportunities, develop leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • UK Education Counseling Expertise
    : Provide expert advice and counseling to students and corporate clients on UK-based educational programs, admissions, and visa procedures.
  • Client Management and Retention
    : Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Networking and Brand Promotion
    : Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and establish new business connections.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of
    3 years' experience in Business Development
    , including at least
    2 years in UK education counselling
    , with a proven track record in B2B sales and in-depth knowledge of UK universities, academic programs, and student visa regulations.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi education market, particularly in relation to international study trends and student mobility.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Bengali, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior staff.
  • Existing network of contacts in the education sector, particularly with UK institutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
