We are a fast-growing software company in Bangladesh, specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions including web applications, mobile apps, ERP, HR-tech solutions, Agri-tech solutions, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in local and overseas markets (B2B/B2G).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, development partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored for software solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to position our services effectively.
  • Lead end-to-end client acquisition process (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing).
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management team to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
  • Represent us at client meetings, networking events, and industry seminars.
  • Regularly report sales pipeline, progress, and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Tech, or related field.
  • 7 years or more proven experience in Business Development/Corporate Sales/Client Relationship Management, preferably in Software/IT/Technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions (ERP, Web, Mobile, SaaS platforms).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Good network in corporate, SME, and government sectors will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online collaboration tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: BDT 80,000 – 100,000 (based on skills & experience).
