Founded in 2015, Reverse Resources (RR) has been at the forefront of driving the circular economy in the textiles and fashion industry through our innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Its a data-driven supply chain management tool for waste, offering real-time data, transparency and market insight to the industry and the public sector. We connect brands with recycling partners and provide recyclers with access to high-quality waste transparently and cost-effectively. Our focus areas include compliance (e.g. improving working conditions in the waste handling sector), conducting waste mapping reports for global brands and recycling technologies, and assessing the potential of the emerging chemical recycling sector. Were already engaging and working with the 18 largest global fashion brands and leading textile-to-textile recyclers.

Job Title: Assistant Manager: Business Development

Location: Hybrid (Dhaka/Bangladesh)

Were looking for an Assistant Manager: Business Development to join our team and drive impactful change. If you have deep industry connections, a knack for stakeholder engagement, and the drive to build sustainable systems, this role is for you. Youll work with a mission-driven team, collaborate with global brands, and see the tangible impact of your efforts on sustainability.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Approach and onboard new factories, waste handlers, and recyclers to strengthen our network.

  • Conduct field visits, deliver training sessions, and provide hands-on troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist stakeholders with onboarding documentation.
  • Attend meetings with brands, recyclers, and the public associations, when required.
  • Share weekly updates, field trip summaries, and outreach logs with the Operations Managers to track progress.
  • Support outreach targets and coordinate closely with the rest of the team.

Were looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience within garment manufacturing, brands, or related sectors.

  • Sales or Business Development experience or prior work with a fashion/brand will be a strong advantage.

  • Textile graduates preferred your technical knowledge will be a valuable asset.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Good command of English in both written and verbal skills.

  • Experience working with regional or global teams, especially in a startup environment, is a plus.
