Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Coordinator located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Management Coordinator will manage daily operations, coordinate board decisions, and ensure effective communication across various departments. Duties also include arrange training to staff, coordinating with management bodies, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to manage Training sessions based on the management decisions
  • Knowledge on Project Management
  • Proficiency in Project / Product Development software and Work Sheets are must.
  • Understanding Decision Making Process
  • Experiences in implementation of decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or related field is advantageous
  • Understanding the SDLC is a plus
